§ 52.38. Care of receptacles by permit holder

Latest version.

Any person to whom a permit is issued pursuant to § 52.36 shall maintain all litter receptacles owned or controlled by that person in such a manner as to comply with all provisions of this chapter and regulations issued hereunder, the same as if the person was the owner of the premises on which the receptacle is located.
