§ 52.37. Bond required for permit

The board of public works and safety may require persons applying for permits described in § 52.35 (A) to post a bond, in an amount and in the manner specified by regulation, guaranteeing compliance with this chapter and indemnifying the city against loss occasioned by noncompliance.
