§ 50.06. Inspections of private systems

Every person depositing waste products referred to in § 50.04 into the sewage disposal system shall be subject to inspection by officials designated by the commissioners to make such inspections, and such persons making the inspections shall have the right to require any person depositing waste products in the sewage disposal system to meet proper sanitation requirements in the delivery and deposit of the waste products.
