§ 50.07. Unlawfully depositing human excrement, garbage, or organic wastes

No owner or lessee of any lot or parcel of land within the sanitary district shall place, deposit, or permit to be deposited, any human excrement, garbage, or any other organic waste upon the premises in such a way or place that the same is exposed to flies, rodents, or small domestic animals, or in such a way or place that a water supply may be polluted.
