§ 53.90. Damage to facilities

When a discharge of wastes causes an obstruction, damage, or any other impairment to the POTW, the Muncie Sanitary District may assess a charge against the user for the work required to clean and/or repair the sanitary sewer system and/or the POTW, and add such charges and fee.
